Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to return products purchased on the site, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

2. Return postage costs

INEO DECOR covers return postage costs up to €10 per parcel. If the return postage exceeds €10 (for example for bulky or heavy products), the difference is borne by the Buyer. We'll confirm the exact cost before you ship the return.

3. Exception — incorrect product

If a product different from the one ordered was dispatched, or with different specifications (size, colour, etc.), the return postage costs are borne by the Seller.

4. Return conditions

You may open and inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. If the product shows signs of use that reduce its value, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund. We recommend using the original packaging if possible, together with any labels and accessories — this is a recommendation, not a condition, and it helps us process your return faster. The product must be shipped back within 14 days of the date you told us of your decision to return it.

5. How to initiate a return

Send us a message via the contact page, including your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the return and refund process step by step. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.
